Questions
How long does setup take?
Most companies are running the same day. Add your people one by one or import them from a spreadsheet, choose your leave types, and invite everyone.
Do my employees need another password?
No. They can sign in with their work Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account. Email and password works too.
Can I bring my current balances?
Yes. Enter opening balances when you add people, or record past leave so the history is complete.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you've added a card, your plan continues. If not, your company moves back to Free and nothing is charged.
Where is my data stored?
The app, its database and uploaded files are hosted in Toronto, Canada. A few services we rely on, such as email delivery and payments, may process limited data outside Canada. See Security and our Privacy Policy.
Is Ledgeably Team HR or legal advice?
No. It's a tool to record and track leave. Your company decides its own leave policies and remains responsible for meeting employment standards in your province.
