This policy keeps Ledgeably safe and reliable for every customer. It applies to everyone who uses our services.
1. Don't use Ledgeably to
- break any law, or help anyone else break one, including employment, human-rights, privacy and anti-spam laws;
- collect or store personal information you don't have the right to collect, or use the Service to monitor people in ways the law doesn't allow;
- store information the Service isn't designed for, such as payment card numbers, Social Insurance Numbers, passwords for other systems, or health records beyond what a leave request needs;
- harass, discriminate against or threaten anyone;
- upload malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service.
2. Don't interfere with the Service
- Don't try to access accounts, companies or data that aren't yours, or get around access controls or plan limits.
- Don't probe, scan or test our systems for weaknesses without our written permission. To report a security issue, email hello@ledgeably.com.
- Don't overload the Service, or use automated tools to access it except through features we provide, such as calendar feeds.
- Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or build a competing product from the Service.
3. What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content, or suspend or end access, as described in our Terms of Service. Where reasonable, we'll contact you first. To report misuse, email hello@ledgeably.com.
